Places In Your Home To Stash Your Bondage Kit

Posted on: 6 October 2017

If you have an adventurous sex life, you may accumulate a variety of devices by shopping in your local adult stores and online. As you collect devices such as bondage masks, restraints, and other similar items, one of the challenges that you'll face is keeping them in your home where your children, house cleaners, or others who are visiting won't mistakenly discover them. As you shop, it's worthwhile to have an idea as to where you'll store each new addition to your collection. Here are some valuable places in your home to stash your bondage kit.

A Small Safe

Getting a safe for your house is a good idea, given that you can use this fortified device to store valuable items that might be taken in a break-in. A safe is also a perfect place to store your bondage kit, any other bondage items, and any sexual devices so that people won't inadvertently stumble across them. You can choose to either keep the safe out in the open or place it where it's not immediately visible; the latter choice may be better in this case. Putting the safe in the back of a bedroom closet, for example, can be a good idea.

Mislabeled Boxes

You probably have a handful of boxes throughout your home, including some in your basement or in your garage. This can be an ideal place to store your new bondage kit, but you'll want to take the right approach. Don't just toss the kit into a box and set it on a shelf — your child or even a visitor to your home could easily come across the box and open it while looking for something. Instead, place the kit at the bottom of a large box and cover it with several layers of something else. Then, label the box according to what you've placed over the kit. For example, you could use old bed linens. This isn't something that your children will likely want to look through.

The Attic

Your attic can be another worthwhile place to store your bondage kit and other adult devices. Your house cleaner is unlikely to go into this area, and you can simply tell your children that they aren't ever to play in the attic because of the risk of falling through the ceiling. You can then put the kit in a small box or an old suitcase that you can lock, and set the box or suitcase in the attic where you can easily reach it from the opening for easy retrieval.
